Refund policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return collection.
To be eligible for a return collection, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase issued by Best Fireworks UK LTD.
To start a return collection, you should contact us within the cancellation period in writing at info@bestfireworks.uk and provide us with the order number, the reason for the return, supporting photo evidence (if applicable) and a phone number with contact hours.
If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you on the number provided and arrange a suitable arrange collection date. Items that are sent back to us without us accepting a return, the goods received will be disposed of and you shall not be entitled to any refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You (the consumer) have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products or combinations of items that make a package and not all items in the package are being returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have carried out a full inspection of your collected goods and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded (less any charge made in connection with the recovery of the goods) on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Where goods do not conform to the implied terms set out under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 the cost of recovering the goods will be borne by ourselves.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
